This will be along with taking the brand a notch above in terms of hospitality and brand equity.

According to Chef Irfan, "I am excited to join a hospitality group that is one of the leaders in the industry. My focus will be to make the Parsi Irani and Bombay Street Food spread even more exciting at SodaBottleOpenerWala! At the same time as a brand, we intend to keep getting more young, quirky and vibrant." While the most loved and popular signatures such as Berry Pulao, Dhansak, Salli Chicken, and Parsi Mutton Masala roast will continue to be a part of the menu, there will be some surprises that should be interesting.

"I truly believe in the ethos of SodaBottleOpenerWala i.e. to keep the dying legacy of the Bombay Irani Cafe alive, the essence of which will vividly reflect in the new menu that me and my team are planning for the near future. We promise an experience that will be the perfect blend of the much adored quintessential Irani Cafe, and yet an enhanced culinary experience...............watch this space for more!"
