CAPRESE was at one of the India’s mega fashion event, the Lakme Fashion Week held at St. Regis, Mumbai from August 21 to 25. A More Entertainment won this account consecutively for 2 years inline and this year it had curated an interactive GIF booth for the audience present at LFW.
The objective was to involve the prospects to participate in the activity by uploading their boomerang/ GIFs or still images on their social media handles with a hashtag exclusively created for the show i.e. #capreseatlfw. The set schedule of LFW ensured that the crowd was different each day and there was no repetition. A More Entertainment managed to do the planning to conclude on the executional plan and did the production to deliver an impeccable booth, the best that they are at, in mere two days. The setup was designed keeping in mind the grandness of the show and thus was kept chic and classy.
The CAPRESE booth witnessed the who’s who from the fashion world – Miss Malini, Sarah Jane Dias, Benafasha Soonawalla, Jonita Gandhi, Dabboo Ratnani with his beloved wife Manisha Ratnani, Alka Yagnik, Bandagi Kalra and some of the Fashion bloggers and social influencers like Dia Tulsian, Natasha Luthra, Sakshi Sindwani, etc.
A More Entertainment ushers helped the prospects to click their GIFs or images and helped them upload it to their social media on-the-spot with the hashtag and informed them about the contest of winning a CAPRESE handbag if their picture/ GIFs gets 500+ likes in 2 hours. The picture once uploaded on Instagram with the hashtag #capreseatlfw was instantly showcased on the plasma screens placed at the booth on the top fascia with a message “Spotted at CAPRESE X Lakme Fashion Week”, for more visibility from across the venue, which would eventually entice more people to come at the booth and participate. Instant photo prints were also given as a souvenir from the brand for participation.
Fashion bloggers and social influencers were given a specially curated bag with their names embroidered on the bag handle. There were approximately 560+ walk-ins at the booth with around 20 bags given to the contest winner.
