Sanjay Kumar has joined as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi. Prior to joining The Leela Ambience, he was the Pastry Chef at Radisson Blu Noida for three years where he has won several accolades as well. Under his leadership and guidance, their Pastry Shop won the T+L Delicious Food Award, 2019’.
A graduate from Delhi University, Kumar began his career in the year 1997, and in the span of 22 years he has worked with a numerous hotels, including The One and Only Royal Mirage Hotel at Dubai, The Oberoi, Imperial and Eros in New Delhi to name some. Born and brought up in Delhi, Sanjay holds the capital city very close to his heart and has served major part of his tenure here and enjoys it thoroughly.
