Crowne Plaza Greater Noida recently announced the appointment of Ashish Rout as Executive Chef. With close to two decades of culinary expertise in hospitality, Rout has spent considerable time with leading brands, such as Hyatt, Ananda In the Himalayas (IHHR hospitality), Marriott and IHG. His previous assignment was with Swissotel Kolkata. An IHM Bhubaneshwar graduate, Rout describes his culinary style as uncomplicated, fresh, contemporary, inspired and innovative. At Crowne Plaza Greater Noida he will lead the overall culinary operations for the hotel.
