Le Méridien Hyderabad has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Mandal as its new General Manager, bringing with him over two decades of experience with Marriott International. A seasoned hospitality leader with 20 years of experience, Sanjeev is known for his expertise in luxury hospitality, guest preferences, and market dynamics, particularly in tier-1 cities.

Sanjeev began his career in Food & Beverage operations, excelling in curated fine dining experiences and large-scale catering events. His leadership skills led him to prominent roles across multiple Marriott properties, including his tenure as General Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu in 2017. During his time there, he received numerous accolades, including The Best General Manager’s Award, in recognition of his strategic contributions.

His ability to drive market positioning and premium pricing strategies was further demonstrated at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, where he played a key role in establishing the hotel as a preferred destination for urban travellers.

At Le Méridien Hyderabad, Sanjeev is set to strengthen the hotel’s brand presence, enhance guest experiences, and reinforce Marriott’s growing footprint in the city.
