Rishi Neoge brings with him 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his hospitality journey with ITC Hotels.

Prior to this he served as the General Manager, Royal Orchid Hotels. He has been associated with brands like Royal Orchid, Lemon Tree Hotels, IHG, IHCL, ITC Hotels,The Lalit etc.

Known for his innovative methods and business acumen, Rishi Neoge is a modest and positive person with an inherent gift of making a difference each day.

He specializes in hotel operations, performance enhancement, best practices implementation, setting up process and execution, organization development and human resources and training.
