Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has announced the appointment of Pierre Betourne as its General Manager

With over 20 years of global hospitality experience, Pierre brings a strong record in operational leadership, brand development, and team empowerment across diverse destinations and cultural environments.
Throughout his career, Pierre has led hotels through both dynamic growth and complex challenges. A key milestone was his leadership in driving business recovery in Thailand following the COVID-19 crisis. After an 18-month hotel closure, he successfully revitalised four Accor properties in Phuket and Hua Hin—an achievement that earned him the Best General Manager in Thailand Award in 2024. He also oversaw the development of Mercure Rayong Lomtalay from its construction phase to becoming one of Rayong’s most vibrant and high-performing beach resorts.
Reflecting on his experience, Pierre Betourne shared, “My journey in hospitality has taken me across cultures and continents, shaping me as both a leader and a learner. Whether rebuilding after crisis or developing a hotel from the ground up, I’ve always believed in resilience, teamwork, and the power of a strong vision to transform challenges into momentum.”
Inspired by Pullman Bangkok Hotel G’s bold personality and creative spirit, Pierre joins with a clear ambition to elevate the hotel’s guest experience, strengthen its team culture, and refine its lifestyle-driven market positioning.
Speaking on his new role, he added, “Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has an unmistakable identity stylish, energetic, and deeply connected to the heartbeat of Bangkok. I am thrilled to join this incredible property and to work alongside such a talented team. Together, we will elevate the guest experience, empower our Heartists, and bring fresh momentum to this iconic landmark.”

Pierre looks forward to leading the G Team into an exciting new chapter, welcoming guests to experiences that are creative, contemporary, and authentically connected to the spirit of Bangkok.
