KUDOKE showcased the KUDOKE 3 Sky Blue at Dubai Watch Week, expanding its acclaimed HANDwerk collection
Independent German watchmaker KUDOKE has unveiled a new variation of its KUDOKE 3 model at Dubai Watch Week 2025. The watch, titled KUDOKE 3 Sky Blue, marks the brand’s first appearance at the event and expands the HANDwerk collection, which continues to gain international attention.
The debut comes after a strong year for the series. The salmon-dial KUDOKE 3 receives the GPHG 2024 “Petite Aiguille”, and the KUDOKE 3 Flakes secures the World Watch Award in Toronto in September 2025, which elevate the profile of the HANDwerk line in the independent watchmaking sector.
Speaking about the release, Stefan Kudoke, owner, Kudoke Watches says: “The Dubai Watch Week represents an inspiring meeting point between cultures and ideas. We wanted to capture this sense of openness and possibility in a watch that feels as infinite as the sky itself.”
New Dial Variant
The Sky Blue edition introduces a frosted upper dial rendered in a light blue tone. This addition brings a new visual identity to the model’s multi-level construction, which includes a frosted silvered lower dial and rhodinized hour sectors arranged in three segments. The thermally blued steel hands remain a distinguishing detail, including the minute hand marked with the collection’s recurring infinity symbol.
The model retains the series’ signature three-arm hour hand. Each arm aligns with a different hour scale and takes over the display as it moves across the segmented chapter ring, maintaining the unconventional time-reading format that defines the KUDOKE 3.
Movement and Construction
The watch runs on the hand-wound in-house Kaliber 1, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 18 jewels and a 46-hour power reserve. The movement is visible through the sapphire case back and features hand-applied finishing, including a frosted wheel bridge and an engraved balance cock bearing the infinity motif.
The KUDOKE 3 Sky Blue is housed in a fully polished 39 mm stainless-steel case, measuring 10.3 mm in height. An 18 ct 5N rose-gold version is available on special order. The case features a stainless-steel onion crown, a screwed base and bezel, sapphire crystal on both sides, and water resistance to 5 ATM.
Design Details and Options
The upper dial carries a sky-blue frosted finish paired with a rhodinized chapter ring, while the lower dial is silvered and frosted with a rhodinized plate dividing the hour sectors. The blued steel hands, including the three-arm hour hand, complete the familiar aesthetic of the series.
The watch is fitted with either a leather or Alcantara strap and paired with a stainless-steel buckle, with optional upgrades including an 18 ct rose-gold buckle or a stainless-steel folding clasp.
