Surendra Shekhawat’s elevation strengthens financial leadership at Novotel Jodhpur
Novotel Jodhpur has announced the promotion of Surendra Shekhawat, from Finance Manager, to the newly created position of Associate Director of Finance. This strategic appointment reflects both his outstanding leadership in financial management and the brand’s commitment to strengthening its regional finance operations.
With a robust background spanning over 15 years in hospitality finance, Surendra has excelled in key roles at Radisson Hotel Kandla, Novotel Ahmedabad, and Novotel Jodhpur. Notably, since January 2024, he has been driving the finance function at Novotel Jodhpur as Finance Manager.
As Associate Director of Finance, Surendra will oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across key properties in Rajasthan. He will drive strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness, while also mentoring finance leaders throughout the region, serving as a cornerstone of Accor’s regional finance leadership.
