A seasoned leader with over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience with multiple internationally renowned brands in India, Utsa Majumder is known for her people-centric leadership style, strong operational command, and sharp revenue acumen. She has received multiple accolades including General Manager of the Year 2024 by the Hozpitality Excellence Awards and Leading Hospitality Icon by the World Leadership Congress Awards in 2022.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Utsa is a passionate advocate for tourism and women in hospitality. She currently serves as President of the WICCI Hospitality & Tourism Council, Himachal Pradesh, and is a mentor with the WICCI mentorship outreach programme, championing women in hospitality.
