Hospitality leaders gather in Delhi as TechTable launches with discussions on technology, AI and operations

TechTable, an invitation-only forum focused on hospitality technology, will debut in New Delhi on 17 March at The Electric Room, The Lodhi. The platform has been launched in partnership with UpsellGuru, Rezolv and Eleven Inc.
Positioned as a closed-door industry forum, TechTable brought together senior operations, revenue and commercial leaders from leading hospitality companies for discussions on the role of technology in hotel performance, guest experience and commercial growth.
The Delhi edition will feature technology showcases by UpsellGuru, Rezolv and Eleven Inc, followed by a panel discussion on key issues shaping the sector. These include the size and direction of the global hotel technology market, areas of technology investment by hotels, implementation challenges, and the expected evolution of hospitality technology through 2030.
Organisers said the platform has been designed to encourage practical, peer-level conversations at a time when hotel companies are navigating rapid digital transformation, including growing interest in artificial intelligence, automation and data-led decision-making.
“India’s hospitality industry is at a genuine inflexion point. Technology is no longer a back-office consideration — it is a core commercial strategy. TechTable exists to ensure that India’s most senior hotel leaders are not just aware of what is available to them, but are equipped and empowered to make the decisions that will define the next decade,” said Hemant Mediratta, Mentor, TechTable. He added that the forum aims to help senior hotel leaders better understand the choices available to them as they plan for the next phase of growth.
TechTable has been introduced as a long-term platform, with future editions planned in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The organisers see it evolving into a larger multi-city forum for technology leadership in Indian hospitality.
The launch reflects the growing importance of technology in hotel operations and commercial strategy, as hospitality companies increasingly look at digital tools not only for efficiency, but also for revenue optimisation and guest engagement.
