Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointments of Deepak Sahu as Food & Beverage Manager and Chef Anuj Gushain as Executive Chef
The appointments will support Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, culinary services and event offerings.
Chef Anuj Gushain brings nearly two decades of culinary experience, including around 10 years with Accor. His areas of work include Continental cuisine, menu planning, kitchen operations, team leadership and culinary development.
As Executive Chef, Chef Anuj will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations, including menu development, food quality, kitchen management and coordination with the culinary team across the hotel’s dining and event offerings.
Speaking on his appointment, Chef Anuj Gushain said, “I am thrilled to be a part of the Novotel Lucknow team and look forward to delighting our guests with memorable culinary experiences and hearty meals.”
Deepak Sahu brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality, with previous associations across Accor, Marriott and Taj. His background includes food and beverage operations, P&L management, revenue planning, cost control, multi-outlet operations and brand standards implementation.
In his new role as Food & Beverage Manager, Deepak will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including service delivery, operational planning, financial performance and guest dining experiences.
