Hilton has announced the opening of Spark by Hilton hotels in Bengaluru and Goa, marking the arrival of the brand in Asia Pacific

The openings build on Hilton’s strategic agreement with Olive Hospitality to open 150 Spark by Hilton hotels across the country.
Launched in 2023, Spark by Hilton is one of Hilton’s fastest-growing brands globally, designed to meet the demand from travellers seeking reliable, quality stays at an accessible price point. Backed by extensive consumer insights, the brand has scaled rapidly across established and emerging markets, with over 240 operating hotels and nearly 230 properties in the pipeline across the US, UK, Canada and other international markets.
The India launch marks a pivotal moment in Spark by Hilton’s global expansion, bringing Hilton’s trusted hospitality standards to a growing segment of middle-class travellers who increasingly seek simplicity, consistency, and value without compromising comfort or service.

Spark by Hilton Bengaluru Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, the 82-key hotel sits at the heart of Marathahalli, one of the city’s most active commercial and technology corridors, and is adjacent to Export Promotion Industrial Park, Embassy Tech Village, Eco World, Salarpuria Softzone and Helios Tech Park. The hotel is well-positioned to serve the steady flow of corporate and MICE demand that defines this part of the city. Meanwhile, the 64-key Spark by Hilton Goa Calangute brings the brand to one of India’s most popular leisure destinations, catering to leisure travellers, group stays, corporate off-sites, and travel agent-led demand.

Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President, Regional Head, South Asia, Hilton, said, “The modern Indian traveller is evolving rapidly, with guests increasingly seeking branded stays that deliver quality, convenience and consistency. Spark by Hilton addresses that need directly, and our partnership with Olive Hospitality gives us the platform to move at the pace this market deserves. With these first two openings, we are introducing a product that resonates strongly with today’s practical traveller while maintaining Hilton’s trusted service standards.”
For the India launch, Spark by Hilton has been tailored to local travellers’ needs and expectations, showing how the brand can adapt to the Indian market while staying true to its focus on comfort, convenience, and intuitive guest experiences. In addition to complimentary breakfast, which will feature signature DIY dosa stations, the new Spark by Hilton hotels will offer regionalised service touchpoints, such as self-serve chai carts, alongside amenities including gym and in-room dining in select locations, as well as vending machines stocked with essentials such as chargers, batteries and quick snacks.
Each of these offerings has been designed to reduce friction and deliver greater ease throughout the stay. Technology-enabled features, including digital check-in, Digital Key, service request support and Hilton Honors App integrations, are designed to create a more seamless guest experience.

Andrew Ling, Regional Head, Focused Service and All-Suites Brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “Spark by Hilton was created around a simple belief: travellers should not have to compromise between value and a quality stay. By delivering reliable essentials, thoughtful simplicity, and friendly hospitality, the brand helps guests feel confident they have made a smart choice. For travellers seeking to maximise the value of their trip, Spark focuses on what matters most, offering a dependable, high-quality experience at an attainable price point. We are thrilled to introduce the brand to India and believe these openings will bring a fresh perspective to the value-oriented segment.”

Kahraman Yigit, Co-founder & CEO, Olive Hospitality, said, “We believe Spark by Hilton has the potential to redefine what value-driven hospitality looks like in India. What makes the brand especially relevant for this region is its ability to scale efficiently through conversions, backed by the strength and global recognition of Hilton. The model is designed to unlock growth across markets where branded hospitality supply remains limited, while offering owners a faster pathway into an institutional hospitality ecosystem and ensuring guests benefit from Hilton’s global standards and award-winning loyalty program. Together with Hilton, we are helping shape a more organised and reliable mid-market segment for India’s next generation of travellers.”
The openings follow Hilton and Olive Hospitality’s announcement of the first 10 Spark by Hilton signings in India. Additional Spark by Hilton hotels are expected to open across key business and leisure corridors, including Jaipur, Nashik, Mathura, Pune, Rajkot and Hyderabad in the coming years.
Spark by Hilton Hotels participates in Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 28 distinct hotel brands. Hilton Honors members who book directly through preferred Hilton channels have access to instant benefits, including flexible points and money payment options, exclusive member discounts and complimentary standard Wi-Fi. Members also enjoy popular digital tools available exclusively through the Hilton Honors mobile app, including digital check-in, room selection and Digital Key.
