Sudipta Paul has been appointed Housekeeping Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre.
Bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Sudipta has built a strong reputation for excellence in housekeeping operations, cleanliness and hygiene management, operational efficiency and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His career reflects a consistent commitment to maintaining the highest service standards while leading high-performing teams with passion and dedication.
Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, Sudipta served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he played an instrumental role in enhancing guest satisfaction and driving operational excellence. His professional journey also includes experience with Marriott International, Accor, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hilton, along with international exposure through his cluster assignment at Hilton Al Seef Dubai.
Sudipta believes that a clean, hygienic and well-maintained environment forms the cornerstone of an exceptional guest experience. His leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering associates, nurturing talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creating an environment where both guests and team members feel genuinely valued and cared for.

Somosubhra Mukherjee has been promoted as Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre.
With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Somosubhra has established himself as a dynamic hospitality professional known for his operational excellence, guest-centric approach and unwavering commitment to enhancing Guest Voice scores and overall guest satisfaction.
Throughout his career, he has been associated with hospitality brands including The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Radisson, The Lalit Group of Hotels and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. These experiences have equipped him with a strong foundation in hotel operations, guest service excellence and team leadership.
Somosubhra’s journey with Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre began in 2023, when he joined the team as Duty Manager. Recognised for his dedication, leadership capabilities and commitment to operational excellence, he was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager in 2025. He now takes on the role of Front Office Manager.
In his new position, Somosubhra will lead the Front Office team with a focus on delivering seamless guest experiences, strengthening operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence that reflects Marriott’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Somosubhra enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter Aishini and father. Outside work, he is passionate about travelling, listening to music and playing indoor games.
