Hilton has announced the signing of two hotels under its Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands, in partnership with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group

The cluster development, featuring a combined 600 rooms, further expands Hilton’s presence in India, its largest market by number of hotels, and marks a repeat signing with Kalyani Group following the successful opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield in 2024.
Conrad brings a contemporary approach to luxury through purposeful design, curated art and thoughtful experiences that invite guests to engage with a destination on their own terms. The brand currently welcomes guests in Bengaluru and Pune, with Conrad Jaipur also under development, and Conrad Bengaluru Airport will further build its presence in one of India’s most dynamic destinations.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts bring global sophistication together with local culture and genuine hospitality, offering energising spaces, destination dining and memorable meetings and events that inspire connection and discovery, making the brand well-suited to both business and leisure travellers.
Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport will each feature 300 guest rooms, a range of dining venues, meeting and event spaces, wellness facilities and other amenities. The hotels will form a cluster complex located in KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, which is emerging as a major domestic and international hub for commercial, technology, aerospace and business activity as the Indian aviation sector grows rapidly.
With over 72,000 square feet of event space, this substantial MICE offering positions the complex to capitalise on rising demand for large-scale conferences, corporate gatherings, and social events, making it a premier hospitality destination in one of India’s most dynamic, fast-growing markets. The hotels are expected to open in 2030 and will be approximately 20 minutes away from Kempegowda International Airport, positioning them to serve demand from both business and leisure travellers.

Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “This landmark signing represents a significant milestone in strengthening Hilton’s presence in Bengaluru and reflects our long-term confidence in the market. As we advance our ambition to exceed 400 hotels in India over the next decade, Bengaluru will remain a key focus for expansion. Together with Kalyani Group, we look forward to bringing another world-class hospitality destination to the city that will serve the evolving needs of travellers and contribute to Bengaluru’s continued growth as a global business and leisure hub.”
Mohan Raju, managing director, Kalyani Developers, said, “Our continued partnership with Hilton reflects the strength of its brands and the confidence we have in its long-term vision for Bengaluru. Following the success of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, this signing marks a natural next step in expanding our hospitality presence in the city. We are pleased to bring Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport to support the city’s growing demand for high-quality hospitality offerings, while contributing to its continued evolution as one of India’s most dynamic business and travel destinations.”
Priyanka M Raju and Rohan M Raju, Directors, Kalyani Developers, said, “This project represents an important milestone for us as we look to build on our family’s longstanding commitment to elevating Bengaluru’s hospitality landscape and creating destinations that contribute meaningfully to the city’s growth and development. Together, we look forward to bringing this vision to life by creating a distinctive hospitality offering that combines the best of a world-class full-service brand and a luxury brand under one destination.
