Hyatt Pune announced the appointment of Nilesh Ayyar as the F&B Director, effective September 1st, 2023.
Nilesh achieved his hotel management degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune and then started his career as a Management Trainee at The Leela Mumbai. Nilesh worked with hotel chains like The Leela and Taj in the initial years of his career.
In 2015, Nilesh started working as a Business Head for Bombay Bronx, Pune. Soon after that he joined the Chocolate Spoon Company now known as The Sassy Spoon as a Assistant General Manager.
His last stint was at L’Apicio, Pune as General Manager of Operations. Over the past 13 years, Nilesh has been consistently proving his latent within various F&B outlets. He has won many accolades as a Restaurant Manager in his professional career.
