Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Noel Mendes as the new Director of Food & Beverage

With over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Noel brings deep expertise, creative vision, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to his new role.
Having been an integral part of the hotel’s Food & Beverage team for the past two years as Food and Beverage Manager, Noel now steps into the role of Director of Food & Beverage, bringing with him extensive knowledge of luxury dining. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the hotel’s signature culinary experiences at the reimagined AER, the award-winning rooftop bar, and the all-day dining restaurant Opus. In his new role, he will continue to curate innovative menus at these iconic restaurants, elevate service standards, and enhance the hotel’s reputation as a must-visit gastronomic destination.
