Aashka Sodha has been appointed as the Human Resources & Training Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the overall administration of recruitment, strategic HRM, training and development, employee relations and retention.
Aashka Sodha comes with strong experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 13 years as a Trainer.
She has worked with global brands such as IHG, Marriott, ITC Fortune Hotels, Yum! India, deGustibus Hospitality, Niranta Transit Hotel (IAHR), Sun Island resort and spa, Maldives and Fushifaru Resort, Maldives.
She loves to travel and is passionate about photography, fitness fanatic.
