Abhishek Anand appointed new Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Delhi

A seasoned and professionally trained HR leader, Abhishek brings nearly two decades of expertise in the hospitality industry, along with a passion for fostering talent and driving organizational success. His strategic acumen and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our team.

A proud alumnus of IHM Kolkata, Abhishek began his illustrious career in 2004 at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur. Progressing through various roles, he served as an Assistant Training Manager at Radisson Alibaug in 2008, followed by joining Velassaru Maldives as an Assistant HR & Training Manager. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Raffles Parslin Seychelles in 2011. Continuing his trajectory, Abhishek assumed the position of Head of Human Resources at The Leela Palace Udaipur in 2014, and later transitioned to The Oberoi Amarvilas as Manager of Human Resources in 2016. In 2017, he rejoined The Leela as the Head of Human Resources, earning subsequent promotion to Cluster Director – Human Resources.

Throughout his career, Abhishek has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various facets of human resources management, including strategic HRM, recruitment & selection, resourcing & developing people, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, compliance management, and industrial relations.

In his new role as Director of Human Resources, Abhishek Anand will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at Hyatt Regency Delhi, focusing on fostering a positive work environment, nurturing talent, and supporting the hotel’s continued growth and success.
