Absolute Hotel Services India has announced the signing of Management Agreements with Valia Hospitality And Realty Private Limited for two of its brands and has added to its portfolio, Eastin Residences Suryamal and U Resort & Spa Suryamal.
With this sign up Absolute Hotel Services will offer the district its first International hotel, resort brand.
Eastin Residences Suryamal and U Resort & Spa Suryamal are nestled amidst a span of 8 acres of lush green landscape surrounded by mountains and will be developed in phases.
Eastin Residences Suryamal offers 150 guest rooms with facilities like an all-day dining restaurant, bar, banquets, lawn and gym. U Resort & Spa Suryamal features 50 Villa suite rooms and a luxury Wellness centre with Spa, swimming pool, library, activity area with indoor and outdoor games, all-day dining restaurant, bar etc.
