Ajinkya Kulkarni has been appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Park Hyatt Hyderabad. In his new role, Kulkarni will be responsible for spearheading sales and marketing strategies for the award-winning luxury hotel, which had the honour of winning the Best Luxury Business Hotel title in the India Travel Awards South —2019.
He most recently held the role of Director of Sales and Marketing for The Oterra Hotel, Bengaluru, where he streamlined the activities of the sales, marketing, revenue and reservations teams and developed the strategic action plan for the demand generators in the Bangalore market. During his three-year tenure in IHG, he bagged the Leader of The Year Award for 2018 and Revenue Excellence Award for 2017.
He attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from S.C.H.M.T.T College of Hotel Management Travel and Tourism (Pune University) in 2008 and has demonstrated work experience of over a decade.
