The Westin Pune Koregaon Park welcomed, Aman Dhoundiyal as their new Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms.
Aman in his role will have primary responsibilities including providing administrative and operational support to hotel managers. His duties will involve assisting guests, optimizing solutions for administration and guest queries, efficient telecommunication between guests and associates, and staff supervision.
With 17 years of expertise in the front office department, Aman started his hospitality journey in 2005 with The Oberoi Group. Aman, later on, went to work with hospitality brands such as The Lalit, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and IHG Hotels & Resorts. His last assignment was as Director of Room- W Goa.
Aman is a graduate from IHM Trivandrum, Kerala, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Mgmt. Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition. In his role, Aman will be seen ensuring that corporate, divisional, and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels.
He will liaise closely with other departments with emphasis on excellent inter-departmental relations considering other departmental procedures and policies and will delegate authority and responsibilities to direct subordinates for seamless and efficient on-ground operations. In his leisure time, he likes to keep himself fit through regular workouts and loves to travel.
