Courtyard by Marriott Nashik announced the appointment of Aniket Das as Executive Chef.
With more than 15 years of experience in restaurants and luxury hotels, Chef Aniket Das in his new role will be spearheading the culinary operations, guest satisfaction, conceptualizing food festivals. He believes in the fundamentals of seasonality and freshness that make the dish set apart.
Chef Aniket Das brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality arena, specializing in preopening of hotels like JW Marriott Pune, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi, and Park Hyatt Hyderabad. He is also the Chef of the year Asia pacific Finalist- Stelliers.
As Executive Chef, he will oversee all of the hotel’s culinary operations including its all-day dining restaurant House of Gourmet as well as Bakes and Brews and pre-opening of Nashik’s much anticipated Rooftop lounge and Bar Club Strato and Escape Lounge. He will also oversee the hotel’s in-room dining, banquets, and catering events.
With his wealth of experience and expertise in various properties around the region, he will be fundamental in creating and delivering unforgettable dining experiences at the “wine capital of India”.
