The Ritz-Carlton, Pune announced the appointment of Aniket Jadhav as Executive Housekeeper.
Aniket comes with an impressive experience of 7 years in the hospitality industry, having worked his way up in the Housekeeping department with renowned hotels like The Westin Chennai Velachery, St. Regis Mumbai, and W Goa. Most recently, Aniket served as the Deputy Housekeeper with Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
A result-oriented team player, Aniket has a philosophy for creating a culture of excellence, which navigates the high-performing team to drive guest satisfaction. In his role at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Aniket will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the housekeeping department, from managing priorities while solving problems; to training, developing, and fostering a strong team focused on quality, presentation, cost containment, and safety.
Aniket Jadhav graduated with honours in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. After completing his studies, he was selected for the prestigious Graduate Management Associate Program at The Westin Chennai Velachery, where he trained on the job across the four core departments of the hotel. His drive and passion for excellence, along with his leadership skills lead to a series of elevations within Marriott International with luxury brands like St. Regis, Mumbai, and W, Goa.
Commenting on his appointment, Aniket said, “I am excited to start my journey amongst the distinguished ladies & gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. I am a firm believer that a successful housekeeping operation is a fine balance of Science and Art in equal measures. I am looking forward to applying my learnings, knowledge, and skills to create memorable touch points for guests and make them Ritz-Carlton guests for life.”
In his free time, Aniket enjoys going for a swim or an enthralling game of chess.
