Hyatt Regency Chennai announced the appointment of Anirudh Sanjeev as the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Anirudh Sanjeev brings with him over 10 years of hospitality experience where he will be seen spearheading Sales and Marketing teams and focus on key account management, strategic planning, and business development.
Anirudh Sanjeev joined Hyatt Regency Chennai as Sales Coordinator in January 2011 along with the hotel pre-opening team. He was responsible for soliciting market information and was instrumental in setting up the Sales Function.
In his tenure, he was successfully responsible for meeting and exceeding the overall Rooms and Banquets revenue, developing sales goals and strategies, providing customer intelligence, and ensuring focus are on proactive selling as well as reactive selling.
Anirudh Sanjeev loves to indulge in sports during his leisure time. He rows at Madras Boat Club and has taken part in various international events including rowing for Madras University. Apart from being a sportsperson, he is also a travel enthusiast and loves to do food tours.
