A passionate hotelier with an impressive experience of around 21 years in hospitality industry. He was associated with The Holland America Cruise Line, The Marari Beach resort, Le Meridien Kochi, Leela Kempinski Kovalam, Group Executive chef for the Raviz Group of Hotels heading 4 Hotels (Leela Raviz Kovalam, Raviz Asthamudi, Raviz Calicut, & Raviz Kadavu). His last assignment was with Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport and Port Muzaris, A Tribute Portfolio by Marriott Kochi.
Anoop boasts a rich and diverse culinary background, including both classic cooking and modern techniques and has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel.
His endeavor is to garner a motivated and engaged team that delivers on brand promise. He also wants to build future leaders and foster an environment that allows people to flourish and grow.
Outside the realm of work, he enjoys cooking, travelling, trekking, wildlife photography, music, and reading.
