Mosaic Hotels has announced the promotion of Avadhesh Sharma to the position of Director of Sales
In his new role, Avadhesh will lead the sales strategy for Mosaic Hotels’ leisure-focused properties and drive business through the travel trade and key distribution partners. He will be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening strategic relationships, and supporting revenue growth across the company’s growing portfolio.
Avadhesh has been an integral part of the Mosaic Hotels team and has consistently contributed to the company’s commercial success. Before joining Mosaic Hotels, Avadhesh held key sales positions with Country Inn Hotels & Resorts and Leisure Hotels Limited, where he gained extensive experience across leisure, corporate, and travel trade segments. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Gwalior, along with a Master’s degree in Mathematics, bringing a unique combination of analytical thinking and commercial acumen to hospitality sales and revenue optimisation.
