Balaji Rupachandraiah has been appointed as the General Manager at The Fern Residency, Kakinada.
He has over two decades of experience and has worked with multiple brands like Sangu Chakra Group of Hotels, Clarks Inn, ITC Welcome Group of Hotels etc.
Balaji started out his career in 1998 in the Front Office department.
As a team leader, he believes that the results can be achieved when the entire team works together towards guest satisfaction.
