Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre has announced the appointment of Chef Milan Semwal as the new Head Chef at Chao Chinese Bistro.
With over 14 years of culinary expertise, Chef Milan Semwal is set to enrich the dining experience at the hotel’s signature restaurants.
Chef Semwal has developed his skills through various key roles, both in India and internationally, where he cultivated his passion for Chinese flavours and innovative cooking techniques. A graduate of the University of Delhi with a diploma in Food Production, he embarked on his culinary journey in 2010. His career path reflects a dedication to mastering authentic Chinese cuisine while introducing modern elements to delight guests.
In his new role, Chef Semwal will be responsible for curating menus that bring to life the vibrant and intricate flavours of Pan-Asian cuisine, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre.
