Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi welcomes Francina Joseph as their new Human Resources Manager.
With a deep understanding of human resources and a passion for team building, she comes in with more than 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
Francina Joseph started her career with Lemon Tree Hotels Pvt Ltd. Where she assisted with the pre-opening of many hotels. She is a seasoned professional who would now be responsible for overseeing hiring functions, and employee engagement at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi.
She started her journey with Hyatt Hotels with Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon in their pre-opening team as an Assistant Manager. She served her last assignment with Hyatt Place, Gurgaon as Human Resources Manager. In her current role, she endeavours to provide exceptional care and a work environment to each team member and will continue to inspire her team and drive key results for the hotel.
In her leisure time, Francina enjoys spending time with her kids and likes maintaining a healthy work life balance for her family. Commenting on her role, she quotes, “Never give up, because you don’t know if the next try is going to be the one that works”
