He is an Indian hospitality industry veteran with a steadfast dedication to providing unparalleled service and stellar guest experiences. In addition to Hemendra Singh Kushalgarh`s core responsibility in this leadership position at The Claridges New Delhi, he also plays an important senior role at Claridges Collection, designated as the Vice President of operations for the entity. With a focused dedication to upholding the very best standards of excellence at the Delhi property and with the group, he has been managing both responsibilities with perseverance.

In the past, he has held key roles at prestigious hotel establishments such as The Lodhi New Delhi, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. His professional journey began at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and later progressed to Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he made significant contributions. Before joining The Claridges New Delhi, Hemendra Singh Kushalgarh held the position of Hotel Manager at Amanbagh.
