Hyatt Place Gurgaon celebrates Parantha Fest at Gallery Cafe

Hyatt Place, Gurgaon, recently announced the celebration of its Parantha Fest at Gallery Café from July 5 to July 14, 2019. Chef Rick Kundu and his team have put together a unique compilation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian paranthas with a thoughtfully designed menu to satisfy the taste buds of all food-lovers.

The customers can gorge on an array of hot steamy paranthas topped with butter, flavored pickles, homemade chutney and curd.
The menu includes mouth-watering varieties to choose from all-time favorites to meaty paranthas to not-so-sweet paranthas. The guests would be delighted to relish on rich flavors of scrumptious paranthas at Gallery Café. Talking about the fest, Chef Rick Kundu said “Paranthas are everyone’s favorite. I am very excited and happy to unfold a wide variety of paranthas for food connoisseurs and the ever-demanding food lovers of Delhi/NCR. The occasion will be yet another unique food fest that will showcase a blend of traditional spices and much more. So all those paratha lovers, you all know where to come”.
Sonuraj Kr, F&B Manager, Hyatt Place Gurgaon, said “I’ve always had a love affair with parathas. How can you resist them? The whole wheat flour, stuffed with potato, chilies, spices and other exciting ingredients, then simmered and covered in desi white butter, it’s simply awesome. My paratha consumption has increased drastically after being in Delhi NCR for the last 2 years”. He further added “Don’t forget to try our parathas with a dip of Homemade Chutney Specially curated to enhance the flavor of paratha. I would say all the 10 parathas in the menu are a must try. There is Keema Kaleji to start with and Chocolate Jaggery Paratha for a sweet end is my favorite”.
The customers can be a part of the Breakfast and Dinner Buffet and enjoy complimentary paranthas from the live counters while they dine at Gallery Café.
