Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort announced the appointment of the leadership team, Ishan Thakur as Food and Beverage Manager, and Ankush Kumar as Finance Controller.
On the hiring of Ishan Thakur and Ankush Kumar, the General Manager, of Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Utsa Majumder stated: “Ishan and Ankush brings a diverse global experience and a positive attitude comprised of highly accomplished individuals committed to offering guests curated experiences. Ishan Thakur, Food and Beverage Manager has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Ishan has worked with reputable Indian hotel chains including The Oberoi Rajvilas and the ITC Fortune Select Metropolitan in Jaipur.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, he held the position of Operations Manager – Food and Beverage at The Leela Palace New Delhi. Ishan will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Resort’s food and beverage operations. He will play an essential role in delivering outstanding curated culinary experiences and exceeding the expectations of our valued guests.
Speaking on the occasion Ishan said, “I am bringing my experience and passion to my new work where every day brings a chance to learn and develop. I am excited to begin a journey of caring and advancement in my new role.
Ankush Kumar, Financial Controller, has managed the financial efficiencies inside the hospitality business for more than a decade. Prior to this, he worked for prestigious luxury hospitality companies including ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. He is the perfect complement to the dynamic team at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort because of his significant experience and knowledge.
