Hyatt Regency Thrissur is leading the way by promoting women in the hospitality industry. With 30% of the workforce being women, they are focused on enhancing efforts to attain and retain them. Women have brought with them a great range of perspective and expertise in all the major departments which includes, Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Sales & Marketing and F&B.

Breaking the glass ceiling on the engineering side of the industry, Archana Udaykumar hailing from Calicut, Kerala is the first lady in the Engineering team.
