Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a SeleQtions hotel in Anjuna, Goa. The hotel is a franchise with Guild Hotels Pvt Limited.
Commenting on the signing, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “In line with our strategy of consolidating presence in key lodging markets, IHCL signs its second SeleQtions branded hotel in Goa, one of the best performing markets in India. We are delighted to partner with Guild Hotels Pvt Ltd. for this hotel.”
The 150-year-old Portuguese styled heritage building is being transformed into a SeleQtions hotel. The 49-room hotel is located in Anjuna, a laid back coastal village on the Arabian Sea. The hotel is a short distance away from the beach as well as popular tourist spots, and will house a specialty restaurant. It is slated to open in April 2023. This will be operated by AM Hotel Kollection under the SeleQtions brand.

With the addition of this, IHCL has 12 hotels in Goa including two under development.
