Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the launch of its first flagship Soulinaire restaurant in Alibaug, Mumbai

Soulinaire, IHCL’s signature lifestyle catering brand, now finds a permanent home on the Alibaug boardwalk, bringing a vibrant new culinary destination overlooking the Arabian Sea.

Set against the backdrop of swaying palms and coastal charm, Soulinaire Alibaug is a 200-seater, two-storey restaurant that reimagines seaside dining. A seamless blend of alfresco elegance and indoor comfort, the space is defined by the floor-to-ceiling windows that frame uninterrupted views of the sea. As you step into Soulinaire, a striking circular bar welcomes you while an indoor pool adds a touch of tropical indulgence. The second floor houses a private banquet space, ideal for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. The live kitchen, wraparound balcony, and interiors crafted from bambooand sun-washed brick, sets the tone for a relaxed coastal escape and immersive culinary theatre.
Soulinaire Alibaug offers comfort food with a twist, from Akuri reminiscent of old Bombay to Croissants stuffed with masala bhaji. Guests can savourPaneer Tikka Tacos, Murgh Angara Bites, and Tandoori Pomfret, alongside regional favourites like Misal Pav, GaoranKombdiRassa, and Mutton cha Kalvan. Asian and European inspired dishes such as Shaoxing Drunken Fish and Truffle Alfredo Pasta add global flair, while desserts like the Molten Choco-Walnut Symphony and Golden Halo Cone promise sweet drama.
