The Principality of Monaco is renowned for offering a tailor-made response to business tourism professionals. It is also recognised for its “destination teamwork” throughout the business tourism sector. Given continued consideration of the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, the convention bureau and its partners have been mobilised to propose new dates to their clients while guaranteeing the most suitable solutions according to the formats of each event, especially for those who have been organised in Monaco for several years.

Considering the dramatic character of the crisis, all the actors of business tourism wanted more than over to offer flexibility to their clients and make sure they wouldn’t being penalised for changing their plans.

Therefore, most of the hotels and the convention centre, Grimaldi Forum Monaco, have, whenever possible, waived contractual cancellation fees and postponed deposits. This policy has also been extended by most of the hotels of the Principality for individual and group reservations already confirmed for the 2020 Grand Prix, which has been cancelled few days ago. The convention bureau and its partners would like to thank all of the event organisers for their
loyalty and confidence and assure them of their support and mobilisation to make their next events
most successful.
The Convention Bureau is promoting the Principality of Monaco to all organisers of business groups. It facilitates organisation of professional events thanks to its expertise and knowledge of all the Monegasque stakeholders concerned. It centralises requests, co-ordinates and facilitates exchanges between various institutions. In the name of the Princely Government, it provides neutral and free information as well as personalised support to every potential organiser of an event in Monaco.
