ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements with two new properties under its upscale-to-midscale brand, Fortune Hotels, marking a significant push in the brand’s expansion across high-potential business and leisure markets

The proposed new hotels in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and Mantralayam (Andhra Pradesh) underscore Fortune Hotels’ strategic focus on fast-growing Tier II and Tier III destinations, especially those with cultural and spiritual significance that attract strong traveller demand.
These additions further strengthen the brand’s national footprint, enhancing its presence across pilgrimage and commercial hubs while deepening the diversity of its portfolio.
Commenting on the two new developments, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “We are committed to expanding our portfolio across high-potential, underserved markets. Saharanpur and Mantralayam represent unique and growing destinations that align with our aim to offer dependable, contemporary hospitality across spiritual and business cohorts. With these thoughtfully planned alliances, we are poised to elevate the stay experience for travellers while expanding our presence pan-India.”
