Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Javed Shaikh as Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa.
A 12-year industry veteran, Javed began his professional career in 2010 with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Amritsar and Pune where he grew as a team leader and progressed as Assistant Manager – Restaurant & Events.
In 2016, Javed relocated to HYATT Regency Ludhiana, Punjab where he was the Outlet Manager till 2018. In 2018, Javed acquired the role of Director of Events – Operations/Restaurants in the famous Andaz Delhi – a concept by Hyatt Hotel. His last assignment was with the same property where he was Food & Beverage Manager.
Javed is from New Delhi, and graduated his hotel schooling from IHM Guwahati.
