Kanika Mathur is the newly appointed Front Office Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore.
Kanika brings commitment, operational expertise, and a strong experience in creating and training high-performance teams, to her new role.
Kanika Mathur, in her thirteen years of experience, has previously worked at iconic hotels such as Taj Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Fairmont Jaipur, and Four Seasons Mumbai.
She started her journey back in 2010, at Taj Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur as a Guest Services Assistant. Kanika ascended progressively as Guest Services Executive, Assistant Manager Front Office, Front Desk Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager with Indian Hotels Company Limited, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, and Leela Palaces and Resorts.
In her previous assignment as the Assistant Manager Front Office at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences, Mathur drove guest satisfaction and OTA scores for the hotel. She mentored and trained her team to ensure operational efficacy.
In her current role, along with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Kanika will be heading the Front office team. Her journey brings with her hands-on knowledge of hotel operations, team development and empowerment, and business acumen.
