Today’s Traveller: How do you keep up your team’s morale?

Jaidev Dutta: Building team morale and motivation is a continuous process and essential for the survival of any business. More so for our business, as it is a very people centric business.

Team morale-building requires a focussed and sincere effort from a leader to create the highest levels of engagement both on a professional and personal front. An engaged team is a committed and performance-oriented team because of a strong sense of belonging and ownership of the organization.
