Radisson Hotels Indore has announced the appointment of Mani Ranjan Sharma as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for Radisson Blu Indore and Radisson Red Indore
Bringing over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mani joins the team with a strong background in food and beverage operations, guest experience management, team leadership, and service excellence.
Before joining Radisson Hotels Indore, Mani Ranjan Sharma served as Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre, where he played a significant role in driving operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction. With extensive experience across luxury and upscale hospitality brands, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to elevate dining experiences and deliver exceptional service standards.
Throughout his career, he has been associated with renowned hospitality brands including Radisson Hotel Group, IHCL – Taj Hotels, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, gaining valuable expertise across diverse food and beverage operations and guest-centric hospitality environments.
A hospitality professional with a strong academic foundation from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mani brings a balanced blend of industry knowledge, operational expertise, and people-focused leadership to his new role.
In his new position, he will oversee food and beverage operations across both properties, focusing on enhancing culinary experiences, strengthening service delivery, driving innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences. His appointment is expected to further reinforce Radisson Hotels Indore’s commitment to excellence and elevate its food and beverage offerings.
