Bringing robust experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry, Manik is set to drive strategic growth and elevate market presence for both properties.
With a distinguished career spanning more than 13 years in sales and business development, Manik has built a strong reputation for his expertise in competitive analysis, strategic partnerships, business intelligence, and customer relationship management.
He brings with him a wealth of experience, having held key leadership positions at several prestigious hospitality brands, including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong record of accomplishment in driving business expansion, strategic market planning, and delivering impactful sales performance.
In his new role, Manik will oversee sales & marketing operations and business development efforts for both Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road Bengaluru, focusing on strengthening client relationships, enhancing revenue streams, and implementing innovative expansion strategies.
Outside of work, Manik enjoys playing badminton, exploring new destinations and staying informed about the latest developments in the business world.
