Hyatt Regency Kolkata appointed Manishkant Jha as the Human Resources Manager, effective from 6th March 2023.
Manishkant hails from Bihar and pursued Executive MBA from ISBM. Manishkant’s expertise in the field of Human Resource Management has made him travel across many cities like Udaipur, New Delhi, Kochi & Hyderabad over past 18 years. This is his second stint with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and his last assignment was with Hyatt Raipur as Human Resources Manager.
He embarked his journey with the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2008 as a HR Team Leader and since then he has been associated with brands like Taj, Shangri –La & Marriott Hotels.
Speaking on his appointment Manishkant said, “This is my second stint with Hyatt and I am excited to be part of the team . Being a Human Resources Professional, I have recognized early on that I like connecting with people, listening to their stories, encouraging their goals and celebrating success along the way is inspiring. I believe HR provides endless opportunities to help “Make it happen” a different way every day.”
