Emily Blunt wore a custom Michael Kors Collection white French lace blouse, sequined flower brooch and black oversized organza bow with hand-sequined trousers and a matching duchesse satin overskirt with hand-embroidered, scattered sequins.
Artisans spent over 4,250 hours crafting the actress’ trousers and overskirt, hand-stitching nearly 350,000 recycled sequins to create the look. The flower appliqué was created by embossing individual, hand-embroidered sequin petals fused to a silk base.
Kerry Washington wore a custom Michael Kors Collection black hand-beaded guipure lace-and-tulle rumba skirt with a matching bandeau and oversized crepe blazer.
Requiring almost 1,000 hours to hand-embroider, the skirt and bandeau feature over 135,000 recycled sequins in three different sizes, stitched to create a scattered effect across the lace and tulle.
Lea Michele wore a custom Michael Kors Collection silver tulle cutout gown with hand-beaded mirror sequins, dégradé fringe and a matching bow.
Requiring over 1,440 hours to hand-embroider, the gown is adorned with 11,700 mirrored sequins and 10,100 individually stitched crystals scattered across the base. The glittering fringe consists of different-sized strands of sequins down the arms and length of the gown that create a dégradé effect.
Nnamdi Asomugha wore a custom Michael Kors Men‘s black wool suit with a silk cummerbund and matching bow tie.
Vanessa Hudgens wore a custom Michael Kors Collection black-and-white chiffon jersey draped gown with a leg slit, contrasting train and black hand-embroidered sequin flowers.
Requiring 24 hours of handwork each, the flower appliqués were created by an embossing individual, hand-embroidered sequin petals fused to a silk base for life-like volume.
