Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala announces the joining of Nandan More as its Executive Chef.
Chef Nandan is heading the culinary division at this newly opened resort of the Radisson brand in Lonavala.
Chef Nandan encompasses an extensive experience of 2.5 decades including a stint overseas and is a master of Kitchen Designing and Execution.
His core strengths are implementing HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI standards and Compliance. His previous assignment was with the MRG group and he was heading their hotels across Pan-India.
Chef Nandan More’s foundation years have been strengthened by his educational stint at the Indian Council for Management Studies at Chennai. He has risen through the ranks with his exposure and tenure in several positions with Organisations like The Ambassador Skyline, The Al Habtoor Group Dubai, Costa Cruise Liners Italy, Starwood Hotels (Now a Part of Marriott
international), Hilton, Royal Orchid Hotels, and IHG.

Chef Nandan comes from the city of Mumbai and loves cooking European-style food.
