Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR is delighted to announce that Naresh Kumar has joined its team as the new Director of Finance
Naresh brings with him over 21 years of extensive experience across management, financial controls, accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance.
He began his professional journey with L’Oréal India as an Accounts Executive and has since built an impressive career across renowned hospitality brands, including The Orchid Hotels and Galaxy Hotels. He has been assosiated with Marriott since 2009 and Naresh has contributed significantly to several prestigious properties, including Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa.
Prior to joining Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, he was associated with Le Méridien Ahmedabad and Courtyard by Marriott Raipur as Cluster Director of Finance. Known for his expertise in streamlining processes, strengthening financial operations, and implementing cost-effective solutions, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational excellence throughout his career.
His contributions have been widely recognized, including the prestigious 2023 APEC Finance Leader of the Year Award by Marriott International and the South Asia Talent Development Leader Award 2025.
