The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Natasha Mehta as Vice President – Special Projects and Brand Experience. In her new role, Natasha will lead a critical function of Special Projects that will help the company further elevate the brand experience.
She brings with her over 17 years of comprehensive expertise in the hospitality industry having worked with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts at renowned hotels like The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and The Trident Hyderabad. Prior to joining The Leela, Natasha Mehta was the General Manager at The Oberoi Mumbai.
She is a graduate from The Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bangalore, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma from The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD). She has had a long-standing and well-defined growth within The Oberoi Group where she has had the opportunity to get an in depth understanding of nuanced luxury.
Throughout her career, Natasha Mehta has been focused on driving profitability, growth in rev-par, occupancy, and food and beverage revenues across the hotels she has worked with. She was instrumental in maintaining high guest satisfaction scores while closely monitoring guest feedback and fostering high levels of employee engagement. Natasha has also overseen product maintenance and designed strategic Marketing and PR campaigns.

Natasha Mehta originally hails from Delhi with her home being in Gurugram. She is very passionate about travelling and is an avid reader.
