Nishant Kumar appointed new Vice President, Great Destinations Hotels & Resorts

Great Destinations Hotels & Resorts appointed Nishant Kumar as Vice President. This is a unique appointment as Kumar takes on dual responsibility of his role as Vice President for Great Destinations Hotels & Resorts and spearheading the team at Vividus Hotels.

His primary objective is to enhance the overall commercial performance of the group by growing the market share substantially and positioning the property as a market leader in its competition set. He has a stellar record of rationalizing costs and enhancing profitability, creating and sustaining a highly motivated work environment.

Nishant Kumar comes with around 20 years of  rich experience in managing Hotel Operations.

He has worked with brands like ITC, Taj and Ramada to name a few. A graduate of Cornell Hotel School, he has been associated with the Company since 2016.

He has demonstrated the ability to scale- up businesses on the sustainable foundation of strong, motivated teams and business relationships.

He specializes in hotel operations, pre-opening management, performance enhancement, best practices implementation, setting up process and implementation, organization development and human resources and training, has been certified with various recognitions for commendable work in the field of hospitality.
