Park Hyatt Chennai appointed Nithilavalavan Baskar as Director of Food & Beverage
A native of Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu he holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
Nithilavalavan Baskar began his career in 2008 with The Oberoi Amarvilas and then went on to work with brands like Madinat Jumeirah, ITC Hotels, Alila Hotels and The Leela.
He joined the Hyatt family in 2017 at Grand Hyatt Goa as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, which was also his last assignment.
With a strong Food & Beverage understanding and fresh insights, Nithil will be responsible for the entire Food & Beverage operations of Park Hyatt Chennai and delivering a unique, worldly, and sophisticated approach to food and wine.
He loves to go on biking trips and enjoys adventure sports.
